Overview
The Gold Coast's northern most suburb, Bethania is a close southern neighbour of Beenleigh and a northern satellite to the district of Logan.
Bethania is as much rural as it is suburban; one of the last places to still have a delicate mix of agriculture next to brick and tile streets. The suburb is serviced by both the Beenleigh town centre and the entire infrastructure of Logan City.
Because of the rural feel of the suburb, life is easy and the people are relaxed. It would be hard to imagine why any family wouldn't want to raise a family here.
Gold Coast City Council's website has useful demographic statistics for each suburb. Below you'll find sales growth charts for the area over the last few years.

Investor Perspective
Rental returns have experienced a high rate of growth, and vacancies are at an all time low. Expect returns to be from 5% - 8% per annum.
Employment
Bethania has very little localised industry, however most people travel out of the suburb for employment. Just to the north of the city is the Yatala Enterprise area which is an industrial hub and will supply over 35 000 jobs when fully developed, while quite close to the south are the industrial areas of Logan City.

Transport
Having a train station to its self, Bethania is well serviced for transport to Beenleigh, Logan or the twin cities of Brisbane/Gold Coast. Connecting transport services are yet to be perfected however this is slowly being improved.
