Buccan is a lovely rural area abundant in bird and wild life, integrating the welcoming ambience of Australian bush land and the convenience of town life.  Only 3 minutes from the Beenleigh town centre, the area is attracting high prices because of its convenience. 

Block sizes vary from 2 – 10 acres approx.  

There are several schools, both state and private, from primary level through to high school. The schools typically provide a school bus service.
